Is this against Amazon's rules?+
No. Starfix only files cases for reviews that violate Amazon's own community guidelines, and we only ever work through official channels. There are no bots, fake reviews or grey-hat tactics involved, so your seller account is never at risk.
Do you need access to my account?+
To get started, your ASINs are enough — nothing else, and you never share passwords. For certain cases we do need limited access later on: Seller Central with restricted permissions, so we can file reports directly from your account and track cases — with no access to finances or payouts. If your brand is registered, Brand Registry as well, because some reporting channels are only available to brand owners. Access is only requested when a case actually requires it — never upfront by default. You grant the permissions yourself through Amazon's user management and can revoke them at any time.
What does it actually cost?+
$119 per successfully removed review under our current early-bird pricing, down from $150 — purely success-based. If a review isn’t removed, you pay nothing for it. The one-time $250 onboarding fee is waived during the early-bird phase, so setup and dashboard access cost nothing. The early-bird terms apply from 50 submitted critical reviews (1–3 stars). No subscription, no monthly fees.
Do I need a lawyer to remove a review that breaks Amazon’s guidelines?+
No. Guideline cases — delivery complaints, seller feedback, price rants, off-topic posts — are decided by Amazon’s own teams against Amazon’s own rules, in the EU as everywhere else. What decides them is how well the case is argued, not who signs the letter. A lawyer is the right route for a narrower group: reviews making false factual claims about your business, defamation or trademark issues. We hand those to our partner law firm; for everything else you pay our fixed price per removal and no attorney fee.
How is Starfix different from providers that use a law firm?+
Law-firm providers forward cases to a partner lawyer and price them as legal work. Most removable reviews, however, break Amazon’s Community Guidelines rather than a law — those are decided through Amazon’s own channels and don’t need a lawyer. Starfix argues these cases itself, escalates when Amazon replies with a template and charges a fixed price per removal plus a one-time onboarding fee, with volume terms for large brands. Our background is Amazon account management at SellerVate, with more than 10,000 solved account cases. For genuinely legal cases we work with a partner law firm and hand them over directly — just contact us.
Do you offer volume pricing for larger brands?+
Yes. If you run a large catalogue with a lot of critical reviews, talk to us — at that kind of volume we can meet you on price and put together terms that fit. Book a call and bring your rough numbers.
Is there a minimum to get started?+
Under our early-bird terms you submit at least 50 critical reviews (1–3 stars) across your listings. That is also the point where the work starts to pay off: below it there are rarely enough rule-breaking reviews to be worth it, and we will tell you straight if that is your case. There is no onboarding fee during the early-bird phase.
Which marketplaces do you cover?+
15+ Amazon marketplaces, including the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada and Mexico. One service handles all of your regions.
How many reviews can you remove?+
It depends entirely on how many of your reviews actually violate Amazon's guidelines. After the free audit you'll see exactly which reviews are removable before you decide to proceed — there's no guesswork.
What happens after a review is removed?+
We attach proof to each removal in your overview, and you're only ever charged for those successful removals. We also keep monitoring weekly so new violating reviews get caught early.
How long should I plan to work with you?+
We recommend at least three months. Amazon usually answers a report within about ten days, borderline cases need several rounds, and a whole catalogue is worked through in batches. The first removals often land within one to two weeks, but three months is the window in which escalations play out and a catalogue is properly cleaned up. There is no minimum term — you can stop at any time.
What makes Starfix different from other review removal services?+
Three things. First, we come from Amazon operations: SellerVate, our account-management agency, has solved more than 10,000 account cases, and that is the know-how behind every report. Second, we argue guideline cases ourselves through Amazon’s official channels instead of routing everything through a partner law firm and adding an attorney fee — a lawyer only comes in for genuine legal cases, which we hand to our partner firm. Third, you pay per removal that is verifiably gone, with a timestamp and the dead review link as proof, and you approve every case before it is reported.
iEarly bird: $119 per removal instead of $150, and no onboarding fee. Applies from 50 submitted critical reviews (1–3★) across your listings. Below that there are rarely enough rule-breaking reviews for the work to pay off — we’ll tell you straight if that’s your case.
